Poor Dude Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Quantum Fabric cybersecurity platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website at poordudeholdings.com and our API at api.poordudeholdings.com.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, business email address, company name, phone number, and billing details provided during signup or contact form submission.
• API usage data: Request logs, IP addresses, API key identifiers, endpoint paths, response codes, and timestamps for all API calls.
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID — never raw card numbers.
• Technical data: Browser type, operating system, referrer URLs, and session duration collected via server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provision and operate your Quantum Fabric subscription
• Send transactional emails (API key delivery, invoices, security alerts)
• Enforce rate limits and detect abuse
• Improve the platform and diagnose technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations (NIST, FedRAMP, SOC 2 requirements)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Amazon Web Services — infrastructure hosting (aws.amazon.com/privacy)
• Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for 7 years after account closure for compliance purposes. API request logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing admin@poordudeholdings.com.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we cannot recover a lost key. We employ post-quantum cryptographic controls consistent with NIST FIPS 203/204/205.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Submit requests to admin@poordudeholdings.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Our marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The API uses session tokens stored in server memory only.
